Returns & Exchanges Policy
Right to return
At Hunhoney, we want every purchase to be perfect for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the legal right to return any item purchased online within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Once you notify us of your intention to return, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Return conditions
To enable us to process your return or exchange, please ensure that:
- Items are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including tags, accessories and manuals where applicable.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration will not be accepted.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie, underwear and swimwear.
- Personalised or made-to-measure products.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. In such cases, Hunhoney may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund, including shipping costs.
Return costs
- For returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in promotional campaigns.
- For returns of faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Hunhoney will fully cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us to check the availability of the desired item. The process will follow the same conditions as returns.
Processing time & refund
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund will include the product price and the standard delivery fee paid with the original order (where applicable). Additional express or premium delivery costs are non-refundable.
How to request a return or exchange
- Send an email to contact@hunhoney.co.uk with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- Wait for instructions from our team before sending the item back.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by Hunhoney.
- We will confirm by email once the return has been processed.
Note: Do not send your return to the address shown on the package. This is not our return address and it will affect the processing of your return.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item has not yet been dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receipt.
